1. Add products and starting information
Create the product catalog your team will use. Organize SKUs and the supporting reference data needed for consistent inventory entries.
How it works
The workflow follows the way a small inventory team already works: define products, record what happened, and review the resulting stock picture.

Add the places or selling channels you want to compare, then give each team member access appropriate to their responsibilities.
Log deliveries, sales or consumption, returns, pull outs, and approved adjustments as they occur so stock totals retain an understandable history.
Use dashboards and reports to identify low stock, movement patterns, leading products, and differences between shops or channels.
Use physical counts, audit history, and exports to investigate differences and improve the accuracy of the next operating cycle.
Scan a barcode or QR code to identify a product, then record a delivery, sale/consume, return, or pull out with the required quantity and details. Deliveries can include lot and expiry information; pull outs keep a reason. Staff can also add products and record physical counts, subject to permissions.
A physical count saves an observed snapshot for review. It does not automatically adjust stock.
