before you start.
When does the free trial start?
Your 7-day trial starts after email verification. No payment is required to create your trial workspace. Choosing a paid plan is a separate signup and checkout path.
Can I import my existing products?
Yes. You can create your catalog manually or import a product CSV during onboarding. The import preview checks rows before they are added, so you can correct errors first.
Can I manage multiple shops?
Yes. Shop and channel records let you compare activity across your business, all drawing from one shared warehouse. These are not separate warehouse balances, and marketplace synchronization is not included.
What can my staff do in the scanner?
The mobile scanner supports deliveries, sales/consume, returns, pull outs, physical counts, and adding products, subject to user permissions. A physical count saves a snapshot for review; it does not automatically adjust stock.
What happens when the trial ends?
An active paid subscription is required to continue inventory work after the trial. You can choose a plan from Plans & Billing. Access starts after payment is confirmed, not just after returning from checkout.
